We’re looking for our next Public Relations & Marketing intern! 

 

In partnership with Kevin York Communications, Beer Kulture is committed to creating an environment for PR/marketing learning, growth, and success for Black, African American, Hispanic, Native North American, Pacific Islander, and other BIPOC and underrepresented communities.

 

The person chosen for this internship will become a vital member of the Kevin York Comms team, supporting the programs they manage for some of the top breweries, beverage companies, and beverage nonprofits across the country - including us!

 

This is a 3 month internship and you don’t need PR or marketing experience. It’s a teaching internship.

 

The Kevin York Comms team will teach you about:

• Media relations

• Influencer relations

• Community relations

• Working with multiple clients

• The marketing mix and how it can be utilized for a beverage company

 

Here’s what We’re Looking For in an Intern:

• An eagerness to learn

• Good time management

• Creativity

• Organizational skills

• Good writing skills

• Visual content creation abilities - photography, video, graphic design (*what you do on social media counts toward this)

• Knowledge of and interest in the beer/beverage industries

• 10 hours per week that you can give us; we can work with you and be flexible on exact hours

 

Bonus points for candidates located in the Boston area where Kevin York Comms is based, but we will consider candidates from any part of the U.S.
 

What You’ll Get From Kevin York Comms and Beer Kulture:

• $15 per hour for the work you do 

• A $300 signing bonus at the beginning of the internship

• Experience doing PR and marketing in the beer industry
